Are you offering a replay of your webinar? Then you’ll likely want to host it somewhere. Vimeo is a great option for video hosting with packages ranging from FREE to several hundred dollars per year, Vimeo is a great option for video hosting without ads, without pre-roll, post roll or overlays to distract your viewers. They get only what you them to see - your webinar!

Social Sharing is key to getting your message out there, and perhaps Wistia’s social sharing function is just what you’re looking for to send out your webinar invites via video! They offer a call to action AND email collection with an add in option to get leads, leads and more leads!
Easy Video Suite allows you to create or upload, convert, publish and even track your videos online using their proprietary software that seamlessly integrates with Amazon S3! Embed Code, Hosting software and analytics are all easily handled with this one software.
If you’re a Mac User and want to record your webinar on your own, then Screenflow is definitely an option for you. Screenflow allows recording of your entire monitor, video camera and audio so you can deliver a flawless presentation, (because they even have a built in editing function!) with a recorded version set to turn evergreen in no time.
Alternative to ScreenFlow, Camtasia is the option for PC users wanting to capture and edit audio, video and your desktop during a webinar. Not wanting to use Mac enthusiasts out, Camtasia also offers a version for Mac as well.
Jing allows for video and audio recording on your computer of files up to five minutes in length. It’s FREE and easy to use menu allows for quick communication of ideas to your team with the simplicity of sending a link.
Snagit is the paid version of Jing that acts as the big brother to Jing’s starter program. Allowing screen capture, image editing and audio recording with the click of your mouse, you’ll stay connected to your community, your customers and your team with this fast, and inexpensive tool available for both PC and Mac Users for relatively small annual fee for single users. recording small videos for your team for instructional purposes
A Terabyte of space is a lot of room for digital files! And DropBox offers just that with their in the cloud storage of all things digital. Dropbox is the most frequently used “in the cloud” option for storage. We love it, and our team uses it daily. Evernote is like a digital brain. It stores every idea, research plan and content structure or image for your webinar. You can store copies of ads you like, webinar registration pages that you found interesting and content you want to go back to all in searchable, taggable easy to find notebooks on Evernote.
Accessible from anywhere with internet, Google Drive is a great collaborative tool for teams to use when you’re working with content, files, or images in tandem. Unlike DropBox, multiple parties can be in a file at a time manipulating data or text without having to download and re-upload the file.
Asana is the project management and task list for team Porterfield. Every project, task list, and standard operating procedure is documented and tracked with Asana.

Envato Market is simply put, a great resource to have. With thousands of slide template packs for purchase, ranging in price from a few to a hundred dollars, surely you’ll find a template that resonates with your branding. Envato Market also has great WordPress Themes and even a Stock Photography option, here.
One stop support for all your customer service needs. Help Scout allows one click responses, response templates including attachments, and conversation tracking - to be able to keep all your customer communication in one handy spot!
Allows voice chat, video chat and online chat for your customers to instantly find the answers they are looking for while on your site or sales page.

Kajabi contains all the features you need to sell, market and deliver your content. Because they make it incredibly easy to turn your knowledge and content into products you can sell, I am a huge fan of this powerful tool. Inside my business, we specifically use Kajabi for our course platforms to highlight and showcase all of our paid content.
Zippy courses offers a non-techie approach to building out your own membership course inside of a WordPress Site.
Another easy-to-use solution for the do-it-yourselfer that is looking to create their own course without the hassle.
